Project Recovery outreach and drop in center is a program that has been developed to assist in assessment and treatment of mental illness and chemical dependency issues, within the homeless population of St. Paul, MN.
The center is designed to be an environment for anyone in need of assistance, to come and find the resources to make major life changes. Project Recovery staff members are available to help with everything from financial assistance, to health care education and referral of services, employment assistance, as well as addiction recovery programs and subsidized housing options.
